Destiny is my first try to make an RPG for Qbasic. It will hopefully include:
This 2.5 engine uses a space cheking and sprite scaling mixture making it able to
make multiple floors, floating floors, holes, mountains, trees, houses,
and a camera that can rotated in four direction direction.
The size of one level or map can be about 64,000 squares feet(if you scale it).
More information about this engine will be released on the near future,
also with some source code.
Fully Animated Battle System
The battle system area(where the characters fight) can be altered, like making a hole in the ground by a powerful blast or a character charging may move trees on the back ground. Even the character will be animated and making them move forward to the enemy and performing a combo or even ripping their clothes.
The Cut Scenes
The cut scenes on the game will be created with some sort of 3d engine, and if i can find some one that can make me music and sounds on midi and wav format, ill have some sounds effects.
No screen shots yet, but i'll have them as soon as I can. I also will be releasing the introduction movie of the game later on.
